Q. Is everything in the store gluten free and wheat free? What flours do you use?
A. Yes, Everything and we use 22 different kinds of flours.
Q. Do I need to worry about cross contamination?
A. No, we are a 100% dedicated gluten free facility with our own ventilation system.
Q. Are you peanut-free?
A. Yes, we only use almonds in a handful of our items. They have never been in contact with peanuts. Most of our icings contain almond extract except for a few.
Q. Is there anything Dairy free or Vegan?
A. Yes, over half our store
is dairy free and we have
many vegan options as well.

Q. Do you cater to added allergies (ex. Corn-free, Rice-free, Sugar-free, Paleo, etc)?
A. Yes, please see attached form.
Q. Do you have cakes?
A. Yes, we always have a few cakes in the front display for those that have not pre-ordered. You can pre-order by calling the store and placing an order ahead of time with payment.
Q. Do I need to pre-order or come early to get things?
A. No, we have all our items available every day. If we are running low, we make more, so you can always get what you need.
Q. Where are you located?
A. At 250 Greenbank, in the mall directly to the right of the M & M Meatshop.
Q. Do you give out your recipes?
A. No, our recipes are proprietary recipes. We have an amazing all-purpose flour that is our special blend of flours that can be substituted cup for cup in your favourite wheat recipes at home.
Q. Do you teach cooking classes?
A. We do not at this time, if we plan to do so in the future we will let our customers know.
Q. Whats the best bread?
A. All our breads are delicious; they are just different kinds of breads. They are highly nutritious,as well as low in starch and sugar. Let us know what kind you like so we can recommend something.
Q. Is “blank” good?
A. Everything in our store is just as good as regular wheat items or better, nothing is more popular than the other. Everyone has different tastes so everyone enjoys different things equally.
Q. Are your pies frozen?
A. No, they are always fresh, cooked, ready to be heated up or frozen at home if need be.
Q. Can I freeze things?
A. Yes, everything freezes well and nothing has preservatives.Some items last longer than
others, please read our
Care Instructions Manual.
Q. Do you have dinner options?
A. Yes, meat pies, chilli and quiche, please see our full menu for more details.
Q. Can I sit for lunch?
A. Yes, we serve lunch from open to close and have 2 tables to sit at in our shop at this time.
Q. Do you have coffee?
A. Yes, as well as tea and cold drinks.
Q. Do you do special items for holidays?
A. Yes, we have special items for all major holidays like Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas and we take pre-orders to ensure everyone gets exactly what they need.
Q. Do you give donations for special events?
A. Yes, a select few a year but we do limit what we do; ask in store.
Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A. No, we accept debit and cash at this time.
